Where a customer chooses to use their homeowners insurance, we can bill the insurance company directly and assist with claims paperwork. All Damage Restoration is not an insurance company, is not a party to your insurance policy, and does not guarantee coverage, claim approval, or any specific reimbursement amount — those determinations are made solely by your insurance carrier.
