Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration in Broward & Palm Beach County
The fire is out, but smoke, soot, and the water used to put it out keep causing damage until it's properly addressed.
Fire damage goes far beyond what's visibly burned. Smoke and soot settle into walls, insulation, and ductwork — often throughout the whole house, not just the room where the fire started — and the water used to extinguish it soaks into floors and drywall the same way any flood would. Left alone, that combination turns into permanent odor, corrosion, and mold on top of the original fire damage.
All Damage Restoration handles the full process after a fire: securing the property, structural drying, soot and odor removal, and the complete rebuild — working directly with your insurance company throughout, so you can focus on your family instead of coordinating multiple contractors.
What we address after a fire
- Visible fire, smoke, or soot damage to any part of the structure
- Persistent smoke odor, including in rooms not directly burned
- Water damage from firefighting efforts
- Soot residue on walls, ceilings, and ductwork
- Structural or cosmetic damage requiring rebuild after cleanup
Our process
Secure the property
We board up or otherwise secure the structure and assess the full extent of the damage, including areas not obviously burned.
Extract water & dry
Water from firefighting is extracted and the structure is dried the same way as any water damage job.
Remove soot & odor
Smoke residue and odor are addressed at the source in affected materials and ductwork, not just masked.
Rebuild
As a licensed general contractor, we handle the reconstruction — drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets — to bring the space back.
Frequently asked questions
Do you handle fire and smoke damage, or only water?
We handle fire and smoke damage as well. After a fire, smoke and soot settle into walls, insulation, and ductwork, and the water used to put it out causes its own damage. We clean, deodorize, dry, and rebuild — and we work directly with your insurance company.
What if my insurance claim gets denied or underpaid?
We do our best to thoroughly document the damage and the work performed, including photos, moisture readings, and other relevant information. However, if your claim is denied or you believe it has been underpaid, you may need to consult a licensed public adjuster or an attorney who can assist you with the claim and advise you on your options.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1532049), Florida DBPR licenses for mold assessment (MRSA3574) and mold remediation (MRSR3704), and we are an IICRC Certified Firm (#260971). We are fully insured.
