Mold Remediation in Broward & Palm Beach County

Mold behind a wall, under flooring, or around an AC vent doesn't go away with a surface clean — it needs the moisture source found and the material properly removed.

Mold remediation is not the same thing as "cleaning mold." A spray that removes a surface stain does nothing about the moisture that caused it, and it doesn't reach growth that's already established inside a wall cavity, under flooring, or behind cabinets. Left alone, that hidden growth keeps spreading and keeps affecting the air quality in the rest of the home.

All Damage Restoration is a DBPR licensed Mold Remediator (MRSR3704), working alongside our licensed Mold Assessor to find the actual source of the moisture, contain the affected area, safely remove the contaminated material, and confirm the space is clear before we call the job done.

Signs you may have hidden mold

Our process

1

Find the moisture source

Mold always has a water problem behind it. We identify and stop the source before touching the mold itself — otherwise it just comes back.

2

Contain the area

We isolate the affected space so spores don't spread to the rest of the home during the work.

3

Remove safely

Contaminated material is removed and disposed of following DBPR remediation protocols, with the right protective equipment for the crew and the home.

4

Verify it's clear

We confirm the area is clear before closing out the job — not a visual guess, a verification step.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly does mold grow after water damage?

Mold can begin growing within 24 to 48 hours on materials that stay wet, and South Florida's heat and humidity make that window even shorter. This is why we dry the structure with commercial equipment and verify it with moisture meters, rather than just mopping up the visible water.

Can I just clean mold myself with bleach?

Bleach may remove the surface stain, but it doesn't fix the moisture that's causing the mold, and it doesn't reach growth inside the wall or under flooring. Proper remediation means finding and stopping the water source, safely removing the affected material, and confirming the area is clear.

Do you do mold testing, or only removal?

Both. A licensed Mold Assessor can test air quality and hidden areas to confirm whether there's a problem and how far it goes. If mold is found, our licensed remediation team removes it safely and verifies the area is clear afterward.
