Mold is not always visible, and it's not always obvious from a smell or a stain how far it's spread. A DBPR licensed Mold Assessor checks both the air quality and the hidden areas — behind walls, under flooring, inside cabinets — so a decision about treatment is based on what's actually there, not a guess.
Our mold assessments are independent of the remediation crew's incentives: the goal of a test is to tell you clearly whether you have a problem and how big it is, not to sell a job. Manuela Garcia, Co-Owner of All Damage Restoration, is personally certified as a Mold Assessor (DBPR #MRSA3574) and oversees this side of the business.
